Hi everyone,
I wanted to share some professional news. I sometimes get read requests from people looking for feedback on their writing. I've decided to formalize the process and offer manuscript evaluations. I'll be using Upwork to host my services.
I have a three-tier system for flexibility, but I understand that not every project will fit neatly into a category. I'll do my best to find a suitable arrangement and price for anyone who's interested.
COMING SOON: I'll be offering consulting services on the same platform. I have a wide range of professional experiences and will be offering a similarly wide range of advice. My main focus is biorisk, because laxity around the issue is already affecting people's lives in ways they aren't considering.
I've consulted on creative projects in the past, most notably the documentary, Kaepernick & America, which was part of the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival. I'd love to do more of this kind of work in the future.
I'll offer initial 30-minute consultations using a storefront similar to the one I'm using for manuscript evaluations. Once Upwork approves the project, I'll let you know.
If you would like a consultation before then, you can direct message me on Upwork.
My hourly rate will vary by engagement. I won't charge a corporation needing traditional consulting services the same amount as an individual who wants advice on something less taxing.
